Jobs Module:
The Jobs Module is a Human Resources dream. This tool will manage all company positions with active and inactive status. Each job listing contains title, short description, full job outline, manager contact info and a downloadable version of the job application. Each job has it's own contact form where the applicant fills in their information and uploads a résumé. When submissions are made, the manager will receive an e-mail notification while all applications are stored in an EvergreenTM CMS database.
Products Module:
Speed up your time to market! With the Products Module you can easily update your product mix by adding categories and products through the EvergreenTM CMS interface. A typical Products Module contains product information such as images, specifications, sizing, usage instructions, downloadable documentation and custom details that meet your needs.
Properties Module:
With this module you can manage real estate and rental properties on the fly. Active listings are posted to the website with information such as images, property details, demographic information, downloads, sales contact information, location and links to maps. The Properties Module makes it simple to adjust your available listings on a daily basis. We can even link sale inquires directly to each property and your CRM system. Employee Module:
Manage your staff profiles with an EmployeeModule. The employee listing can be public or contained within an access-controlled intranet environment. Each employee can have their own image, bio information and linked vCard. The Employee Module can even be used as a staff manager for your Human Resources team.
Time Tracking Module:
With the simple-to-use EvergreenTM CMS interface, field staff can log their off-site hours by client and job code. Simply log into the EvergreenTM Content Management System to complete a basic form and click submit. Managers receive a summary email on each employee or the entire staff on regular intervals.
Profile Manager:
Does your website require membership? The profile manager can track online signups and profile status, giving you the ability to view/edit/delete at any time. Many Cascade Web Development clients have benefited from the status updates and custom nature of our profile tool. You let us know what information you need from your customers and we will gather and store it for you. Excel spreadsheet exports make it easy to integrate with existing applications; we can also set up an auto XML feed.
Orders Manager:
Integrations with existing systems are key. XML feeds and exports make your life easy and connected. Track order and inquires with the Orders Manager module by updating status and note activity with each ticket item. Gather reports on order trends by customer or product.
News Module:
'Content is King' used to be the saying. In many ways this has not changed. Use the News Module to quickly post new information to your website. Attach documents, images, links and more. The News Module comes with RSS syndication of your content. People that subscribe to your feed will receive your information in real time. This tool can be incredibly useful for customer, distribution or partner management. It is simple and efficient!
Film Manager:
All things social media and user-driven. This module is highly flexible for managing your social media content. We have found that the best way to get social media is to provide your users with a highly flexible platform containing multiple options. On the front end, we can create an easy-to-use form where users can either upload images and videos, embed code or URLs, documents and links. The content is then routed to a database and made available in the admin interface via the Film Manager. From this point, content can either be directly syndicated to designated pages or you can customize the delivery where you see fit. It is flexible and robust.
Shopping Cart:
This module integrates with our Products Module. Pages that are dynamically created using the Products Module now have the ADD TO CART link where users can review their cart content, check out, or continue shopping. The module allows users to change quantity, remove items and update their total. Most standard processes are in place, but like everything Cascade Web Development does, this module can be customized.
