Our History
Founded in 2001 by Ben McKinley, CWD combines two previous companies that specialized in web design and development (Mt Hood Software) and event production (Portland Premieres). Our Technical Director, Stephen Brewer, spent time in a dot com startup and joined CWD soon after its inception to strengthen our design and development capabilities. Ben and Stephen have managed the company’s growth and remain a driving force behind CWD’s success.
